Basic Hire of the House
For events taking place in 2009, basic hire of the hall, drawing room & dining room & gardens, including house staff, coat check facilities & lighting we charge as follows;

Monday to Thursday - £120.00 per hour, (minimum booking for 6 hours).
Friday & Sunday - £1200.00 - 9am to 12am midnight
Saturday - £1700.00 - 9am to 12am midnight
(Please note sole use of the hall, drawing room & dining room is for parties of 125 and less)

Master bedroom
This beautiful paneled room with views over the lawn can be hired to be used by the Bride and Bridesmaids on the day.

For use between 9am to 12pm midnight - £300.00
(A returnable damage deposit of £700.00 will be taken 28 days before).

Next Day Hire
If you would like to come back the next day to enjoy a brunch or lunch with your guests in the Marquee or house, the Monday to Thursday rate above applies.

Marquee Events
If your party exceeds 125 people or you would like a sit down dinner for more than 20 people, we will be happy to accommodate your party in a marquee on the lawn. We have a list of local companies for you to choose from, each come highly recommended.

Corkage
We have a lovely selection of wines at reasonable prices on our house wine list, but you may prefer to supply your own. We don’t charge a corkage fee.

Bookings
We require a deposit of 50% to secure the date that you would like to book, with advice of this in writing, (approximate numbers should also be given), also a signed copy of our terms & conditions. Please use our list of carefully selected caterers & suppliers, unless otherwise agreed with the Events Director, as confirmation of which suppliers you will be using should follow. The balance of your account is payable no less than 28 days before your booking date, this will include the remaining 50% of the hire charge, master bedroom hire & deposit, corkage fee if relevant. Price Increase for 2010/2011
As follows;
Monday to Thursday - £150.00 per hour, (minimum booking for 6 hours). Friday & Sunday - £1500.00 - 9am to 12am midnight Saturday - £2000.00 - 9am to 12am midnight
